In the Assembly panoramic modern restaurant, located on the 14th floor of the President Hotel, on November 14, the regular gastronomic dinner «The Tastes of Russia 3.0» was held.

Top officials, ministers, diplomats and other politicians are frequent guests of the complex. This is exactly what formed the basis of the concept of the third dinner - the organizers gave the participants the opportunity to try their favorite dishes of the presidents.

The menu includes specialties prepared exclusively from Russian products. As snacks, guests were offered goat cheese from Stavropol with spicy Kuban pear chutney sauce and Borodino bread with green grass butter and Zamorskaya caviar. Served a consommé (heavily boiled broth) from Crimean tomatoes with Kamchatka crab meat, Black Sea oysters with wine vinegar caviar, pickled Murmansk salmon in Krasnodar beets with daikon, and Voronezh beef carpaccio with fresh berries. In the middle of the evening, guests tried Bryansk beef cheeks with root vegetables and Kuban red wine sauce, a dish especially liked by Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa. For dessert, the participants were waiting for a luxurious cottage cheese mousse from farm cottage cheese with raspberry foam and sorbet from Abkhaz oranges.

The presidential tone was set by the wines from national wineries: Cuvée de Witmer Blanc de Blanc, “Victor Dravigny” Brut Roze, Pinot Noir Manor Divnomorskoe, “Alma Valley” Chardonnay. Guests were also able to see an exhibition of paintings by the Crimean scuba artist Arush Votsmush, and the event itself was accompanied by music by the Sattva Project.

The menu was presented by the CEO of President-Hotel and the Assembly restaurant, Kira Zakharova, chef Semyon Zharkikh and sommelier of the highest category Alexey Mitrofanovsky.

The regular guests of the gastronomic evenings at the President Hotel have already become the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova, producer and director Ilya Bachurin, actress Yulia Mikhalkova, president of the Independent Wine Club Vladimir Tsapelik, owner and editor-in-chief of Restaurant Restaurant magazine Alexander Markov, as well as Editor-in-chief of Fashion Collection magazine Marina Demchenko.
